Hi Leigh,
everything started from this post https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/its-time-to-update-the-main-fedora-website/30154 written by Matthew. I don't know the history of the project as I joined a couple of months ago however considering what you said maybe we should validate this with Matthew. What do you think?
