Yeah, I don't think the developer program will work, nor will the way we have mirrored things. However, the Open Source Infrastructure program might apply? https://www.redhat.com/en/blog/extending-no-cost-red-hat-enterprise-linux-open-source-organizations I'd say start there and if that doesn't work we can discuss internally and find some way to make it work. ;) I think it would be great for copr to do builds against RHEL, that would really help the ecosystem. kevin
