Hi Stephen,

As you asked for my working timezone, I am available from 16:00 -  17:30 UTC for working days and 14:00 - 17:00 UTC for weekends. Also, I want your suggestion for best IRC client which can keep track of chats even we aren't connected to IRC. It can be either any Android app or Linux desktop app. It will be really helpful.

Thanks
Best Regards,
Amit Kumar Sharma

Currently our credentials sharing is done with a tool called FAS2. It
is being looked at upgraded to a newer generation of code. The FAS2 is
queried by each system and the accounts are set up on the system that
it is supposed to have on it. Users who are allowed onto the systems
who can get root access either do it through sudo or a sudo wrapper
script.
