From a development perspective, I'm not sure how practical it is to fork askbot to tune it for Fedora - we sort of like sticking to upstream (less duplication of code, more fixes for all downstreams). The other issue is while it may be possible to get someone to work on askbot temporarily via GSoC and all that, it doesn't solve the issue of having someone maintain it in the long run. :( PS: may the people discussing Zanata and translation please fork the thread and use a different subject so we can continue the askbot discussion on this one? :) - -- Thanks, Regards, Ankur Sinha "FranciscoD" http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/User:Ankursinha -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v2 iQEcBAEBCAAGBQJYDwVAAAoJEPjYwL66yJi9ZpYH/0Tz7UVX9ZxvzXFUGWSS9MOg P1mV5t+cNWmVukSd2th2GXBYeFhkw3ABJbjx0IuyxAiECEQjEqfrUxbLpfbr+5Z4 MF6hJSsNiyPxjtQWLxckIEkc4ZHizlLMbHGJPP8VT1dT7H/HoNu8jfh5gE58gBd9 +FO3EnLE3uy8QNRQnDEav/HLTNQEbR/LohgHJxGUMZGCrm8XE5o8aRQyO3SU+DRI R9LSY8gG+jQferWS71H+b4ODP5T+1xy8ayTfq7oDDu0Xjz5o0lYKQRaFV7LMT7Xs LAnTlvmFwF01QeBNTdx57oKCJ2ayCW++iyCp5DqFBuijAkonfNdv30/gTjNhNxY= =mQzV -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ infrastructure mailing list -- infrastructure@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to infrastructure-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
