Honestly, having a fedora-specific stack exchange seems to be of minimal value with a lot of effort being put in to keep it up. Maybe focusing on an existing solution (like stack exchange itself), which is broadly indexed by google, would pay off more. We already have wiki, docs, bugzilla, fedora forums, and mailing lists. None of that is being curated.
