The stg website should be all on app01.stg... and not frozen. You
should be able to do any changes you like to it. It's bapp02
(production) thats frozen.

I'm renewing this freeze break request as getfedora is now also in production and we need to do the same as for staging (delete /var/lib/transifex-client/.tx/confg).
So I'm asking for +1s again.
