Same requirements as getting your blog posted on planet.fp.o (due to the fedorapeople requirement). FWIW, you have to be an Ubuntu member to get your blog aggregated on their planet. I didn't push too hard, but back when I was doing a bunch of packaging work with them, I didn't qualify for membership status.
