It is a little-known fact that koji can do scratch builds from
user-supplied SRPMs. It can't do chain-scratch-builds, but you win some,
you lose some.
To be perfectly honest, I'd rather people use the SuSE open build system
for right now. We have some major buildsystem improvements coming as
soon as we can find space but storage and backups for us are
non-existent right now. Having said that though I'm not saying "no
don't do that" especially if it benefits Fedora in some way.
