mirrormanager uses a Python module IPy to calculate network masks. I packaged it for Fedora, but it needs review. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=239761 I have this installed on app3 and app4 so mirrormanager can work, and we can upgrade it after review if any changes are necessary.
