Chris was able to get the directories /download/mirrors and
/Download/mirrors on the static pages. See if that get you over the hump.

right. We're not talking about a content change per se. We're talking about
a DNS change to completely bypass redhat.com infrastructure, and taking
responsibility for this subdomain for the time being. Mike outlined the plan
to handle the load, which does not involve the fp.org host at Duke.
