I just talked with Matthew Galgoci and confirmed that...- fedora.redhat.com where FC5 and earlier default mirror lists are located are not a proxy redirector, and should survive the duration of the outage.
- download.fedora.redhat.com are also unaffected by the outage.So we should be fine on that front. Pretty much only development infrastructure will be down, I think?
