The only thing that strikes me about that date is it's right in the
middle of Flock - perhaps some people wouldn't be available then? I
don't think we have any issues with it from a QA schedule perspective.

We will discuss for i18n testing day in Wednesday bi-weekly meeting. I
feel good to have l10n and i18n test days back to back.
