To determine if you can commit the word "red" on the screen.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot Fedora Core 1 with Gnome desktop
2. Open 1 terminal and type the following, pressing "return" after the line
]$ LANG="ja_JP.UTF-8" GTK_IM_MODULE=iiim gedit
3. Toggle on LE (Ctrl + SPACE)
4. Keystrokes
      Japanese Kanji type:a k a space enter
      Japanese Katakana type:a k a arrow-down enter
      Japanese Hiragana type:a k a enter

Question: Does the character you typed display correctly on the screen?
YES
