I see the following, which I guess are different:
$ dnf search nastaliq
google-noto-nastaliq-urdu-fonts.noarch : Nastaliq Urdu font
sil-awami-nastaliq-fonts.noarch : Awami Nastaliq, a Nastaliq-style Arabic script font family

Fonts are packaged one-srpm-per-once-source usually, i.e. we wouldn't
want to package one font together with other fonts based on language

Where are the sources for that IranNastaliq?
