I don't see any derogatory or overt comments in that bug, but I do see that Nicolas commented in April that there were some issues that needed to be fixed before the package could be approved, and then the activity after that is about fixing the bugzilla entry formatting. If the problems identified in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1821497#c1 are resolved, it's a good idea to menion that in the ticket.
