I made an initial fedora package of the current gnucap development snapshot that is parallel installable to the existing gnucap-0.35: http://sailer.fedorapeople.org/gnucap36-20090202-1.fc10.src.rpm However, I cannot even get a simple inverter using BSIM3 3.2.4 to work, convergence fails during op. The same spice netlist works with ngspice 17. Does anyone have an example of how to use bsim3 with gnucap?
