There were several more failing builds in f15. All should be fixed
with these updates:

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/perl-MooseX-POE-0.213-1.fc15
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/perl-Catalyst-Action-REST-0.90-1.fc15
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/perl-Config-MVP-2.200001-2.fc15
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/perl-MooseX-ClassAttribute-0.24-1.fc15
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/perl-MooseX-SetOnce-0.200000-1.fc15
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/perl-MooseX-Singleton-0.26-1.fc15
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/perl-MooseX-StrictConstructor-0.15-1.fc15

Except for perl-MooseX-Policy-SemiAffordanceAccessor which needs to be
retired (bz #698962).

I'll double check all is okay after the next f15 updates-testing
compose and then push the new Moose as well.

I bet it gets updated with a whole bunch of additional modules as soon
as we've got 0.03 covered....
