Moose 2.0000 in rawhide

I've just updated perl-Moose to 2.0000 in rawhide.

As a basic test, I rebuilt all dependent packages against it in mock
and was pleasantly surprised to find only one real failure
(perl-MooseX-POE) which was fixed simply by updating to latest
upstream version. This says a lot about the quality of the new Moose
release, and about the current state of our Moose-related packages.

I think the most important change for us as packagers is that this
release marks the start of a properly defined release schedule.

I've also just started a test rebuild of dependent packages in f15
against Moose 2.0000. Assuming no unexpected breakage, I plan to push
Moose 2.0000 to f15 testing as well sometime today or tomorrow, but
would appreciate some testing before pushing it to stable.
