I will retire perl-Test-Apocalypse. It's only a metamodule without any
additional value. The only user in Fedora is perl-Test-Pod-No404s and that's
only an optional test and the test should have been disabled for many years.
Also perl-Test-Apocalypse upstream was not much active regarding this
Test::Vars problem so far.
