I also checked with http://ucmirror.canterbury.ac.nz/linux/fedora/fedora-epel/8/Everything/x86_64/ and https://download-ib01.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/8/Everything/x86_64/ and it's doing the same thing with all three.
