I should have been more explicit. I was referring to EVR's between
different versions of Fedora. ATM, you'll see EVRs of some of my
perl-modules in FC6 carrying higher EVRs than that in rawhide.

Exactly, I do not want to change the 45+ perl-modules, I maintain,
before  the outcome of this issue is clear (A one-time
change/mass-rebuild would be OK with me - once the outcome is clear)
