Well, it seems a packaging bug to me. I had to download the package preceding the rename ([1] maven-plugin-cobertura) from here:

http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=336632
Install it with mock in the chroot, and rebuild the one I need.
Basically it cannot be bootstrapped, as it does not have maven-plugin-cobertura as a BuildRequires.
How should I proceed?
