I'm ready to submit the updates needed for the last version of OmegaT.

I've filled this bugs:
- svnkit with src.prm https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=873748
- sqljet with src.rpm https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=873749
- review request for sequence-library https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=873738
In order of being able to update svnkit and sqljet and, if someone volunteer, review sequence-library.
