The ordering was an issue, yes. I hope this can be fixed upstream in
java-gcj-compat.

But I believe it was also saying something about -follow being
deprecated in favor of -L (even though the manpage doesn't seem to
indicate this). This was on i586 and I am only on x86_64 currently.

Anyway, if we can just the as easily accomplish the same thing as -L, I
would recommend using it instead.
