Alas SCL is forbidden in EPEL otherwise I'd have switched over to it in EPEL6 rather than be forced to retire the package.
As a result I can't use it for EPEL7 either and as soon as upstream drop php5.4 support them I'll need to retire owncloud in EPEL7 as well.
