Note that anaconda will put it there anyway, as it's used by kickstart for
any auth commands. So you would need to work around that.

Having it know the <auth method>:<package> mapping that is required can be
useful rather than requiring every admin to know it, but I don't know if
that's enough to keep it in the image.
