I was testing cloud-init 0.7.1 on slc5 (rhel5) and run into some problems:
- there's no prettytable for python26. I wrote a dummy class that can be used instead. Not sure if that's a good way to resolve this.
- some dependency issues in the specfile
Take a look on the patch and let me know what you think.

Having the default action be to use the root user for RHEL
raises security issues. So we specify a default user and
leave the disable_root: 1.
