I have an issue on jetson-tx1 (L4T 32.7.4) with this f39 u-boot build:
Everything operates correctly under u-boot, but then after entering
initramfs the CPU hard lockup.


Using a previous 2023.07 or self compiled u-boot 2023.10-rc3 (cross
compiled under fc37) works as appropriate.
I will try to reproduce a local build with fedora patches applied...
