New observations after updating kernel to 5.10.11-200.fc33.aarch64 on RPi4

I'm on RPi4 8GiB version.

First, package mesa is not available to install now with this kernel (as well as 5.10.10-200. Second, along the update for this package, few mesa-* packages were updated to 2.30.4. Third, lsmod now enlists vc4 as loaded mod, with the following info [1], Also, dri directory now exist where before it didn't with the following path: /dev/dri/by-path/platform-gpu-card.

Are these any signs that vc4 driver is alerady existing in f33, but becuase of RPi config it is still selecting llvmpipe driver instead?
