Followed all the steps with using only uSD and booted up. Went through
the setup, and noticed it was not getting a network connection reported
in the setup, perhaps I should have gone into that option...
Anyway, first boot continued to login, but:

Why no shell? And can't get to the web console until I figure out if it
got an IP address and which (I have to look into which VLAN that port on
the switch is).
