Booting F25 on a Cubieboard2 from sata

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

I have been gone, doing other stuff for a year. Back now trying to do a number of things. One is using the current uboot alone on the mSD and everything else on sata.

Back a year+ ago, I would dd the image to a sata HD and just the uboot to a 4Gb mSD card. I had even provided a modification to the installer script here for this purpose.

It worked well. But now...

With only the uboot on the mSD by:

dd if=u-boot-sunxi-with-spl.bin of=/dev/sdb bs=1024 seek=8 ; sync

I get:

Has there been some change to the Cubieboard uboot?

Thank you
