Cubietruck kernel

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hi,

I have recently bought Cubietruck. I flashed fedora via LiveSuit and with some problems (loosing ssh connectivity) I made yum update.

But I ended up with running other kernel  that yum installed :

uname -a

Linux cubietruck 3.4.75+ #1 SMP PREEMPT Tue Dec 31 17:15:56 CST 2013 armv7l armv7l armv7l GNU/Linux

rpm –qa |grep kernel

kernel-3.15.10-201.fc20.armv7hl

kernel-lpae-3.11.10-301.fc20.armv7hl

kernel-3.11.10-301.fc20.armv7hl

kernel-lpae-3.15.10-201.fc20.armv7hl

[root@cubietruck modules]# ls -la

total 60

drwxr-xr-x  5 root  root   4096 Sep  2 21:24 .

dr-xr-xr-x 86 root  root  40960 Sep  4 10:18 ..

drwxr-xr-x  4 root  root   4096 Sep  2 20:57 3.15.10-201.fc20.armv7hl

drwxr-xr-x  4 root  root   4096 Sep  2 21:24 3.15.10-201.fc20.armv7hl+lpae

drwxrwxr-x  3 congo congo  4096 Dec 31  2013 3.4.75+

I do understand that updating kernel is not the same as on PC… but do I have this problem because of my problematic “yum update” or there are some other following steps that I am not able to see on the internet ?

With kind regards,

Congo
