Where are you trying to buy it from? I've not ever had issues and I've
seen people receiving them recently.

That was always a remix, personally I have no idea who did that.

We're planning on supporting AllWinner devices officially upstream in
mainline when Fedora 21 in released in October. The other devices you
may want to look at are the WandBoard devices. Others have reported
luck with the CuBox-1 devices
