Well, one of my long time dream is to have an arm based hacker laptop
that I have printed (CNC whatever) and designed, and can use with my
beloved Fedora - of course when upgrade comes, simply I replace the
complete board - and I have new system. Sadly this is only a dream
yet.
Hi,

There is an interesting open computing platform called "Novena".
This board is based on i.MX6 (Dual or Quad) and all schematics, gerbers & STEP seems to be available.
Unfortunately, I don't think it is running Fedora but as it is based on i.MX6 (like Wandboard) perhaps this could be done.

here is the wiki page: http://www.kosagi.com/w/index.php?title=Novena_Main_Page

Here is the blog with some pictures of the laptop base on this project: http://www.bunniestudios.com/blog/?p=3597

Best regards
Fabien
