Also note the SWAP partition is type 83 instead of  82
Zero impact, it works just fine as is.
(this can be easily adjusted in post processing)

Regarding the alignment:
We somehow lost 95 bytes assuming 2048 is the goal.
(I've heard 4 MiB is optimal)

Perhaps this is just a math problem in appliance-creator?
