Ah yes, I've seen that a couple of times, too; I tried until it worked
(about 1 of 5/10 tries).
A later just worked for me, so I suggest you should try a later version,
e.g from
http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/stage/20-Alpha-RC2/Images/armhfp/Fedora-Minimal-armhfp-20-Alpha-2-sda.raw.xz
