For completeness, I will bring this up with ARM/Linaro/upstream (fixing the triplet) and then we'll get ghc built properly using LLVM. I will also repeat my previous caveat that it seems we (Fedora) are building a house of cards by growing dependencies on a second toolchain that we don't have resources to support.
