Mmm. Maybe it is a language barrier (or my ignorance).
But a Publishing Platform is limited to blogging, microblogging (twitter, fb?) and "video blogging". Or also a forum is a publishing platform. What about Reddit?  Instead, chat platforms are not publishing platforms, right?
