Yes, I would think it's mostly a communication issue. Maybe it's an issue of expressing himself in English, and in his native language his choice of words would not felt that negative? > Btw, rather than focusing on a single individual, I suggest that for next Flock we have a workshop with CWG and work on a proposal to deal w/ bad interaction (Fedora irc users channels are also regularly quoted for being unfriendly). I can organize it, but I'd rather have someone less involved to moderate the session. That's a great and constructive idea. Does anyone know how other communities are dealing with the same problem?
