Comment (by hguemar):

I agree that life-time ban is too much for Harald, the problem is not what
he says (everyone is entitled to his opinion) but *how* he communicates.

Few quotes from irc (this morning)
"so a newcomer coming here would be totally justified in thinking he is
one of the top contributors to Fedora, and that his behaviour represents
 the norm"
"to me.. it looks like it's tacitly accepted"

So this gives off the impression to our contributors and interested folks
that we are a bunch of rude and unfriendly people constantly ranting, and
 perfectly fine with this.

Btw, rather than focusing on a single individual, I suggest that for next
Flock we have a workshop with CWG and work on a proposal to deal w/ bad
interaction (Fedora irc users channels are also regularly quoted for being
unfriendly). I can organize it, but I'd rather have someone less involved
 to moderate the session.
And an idea of keynote for Flock:
 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rOWmrlft2FI (so people could understand
 what's the problem).

Let's have the community come up w/ a proposal and stop that neverending
 discussion.
