I did not accept any of the reasons in that case as valid so I don't really care what the reasons are this time. Whatever the reasons this time I consider as valid as the reasons given last time. I really don't want to rehash the arguments from the FESCo case. I just want everyone treated the same. And we are talking about an election to a body on its deathbed.
