I think this may be side-tracking the main topic. I am happy how FAmSCo
has evolved during the time that I have been an ambassador. It has
delegated a lot of budget decision making to the regions and
ambassadors. It has empowered people doing stuff. BUT this has turn out
that other teams whose members are not in ambassadors, are far away of
getting sponsored. Ambassadors have not proven to break the comfort
zone. I think we should work out some more project wide approach,
probably involving the outcome of the board changes.
