I tried to reason him many times but it didn't work. Before considering suspending him from devel@, if someone is able to reason him, I'd give it a chance. Nonetheless, he should refrain from participating in any threads about DNF for a while. Every time he does, it prevents DNF maintainers to retrieve productive feedbacks, and it also harms Fedora reputation (Cf.
