At this point his reputation is such that this seems to happen fairly frequently. He not only is very active in testing and reporting bugs but he also has been very helpful many times to users looking for help on various mailing lists. He has also gone off the deep end numerous times. I recall him being moderated for a considerable period of time recently, although I don't recall now which lists were involved in the moderation. I'm pretty sure Jared Smith was working with him during that period to try to improve his behavior. Perhaps we should ping Jared to get his sense of the progress or lack of progress.
