The fact is that no matter how these bodies are formed participating in the project does influence the direction of the project. A corporate entity does not need to hold a majority of seats anywhere to influence the direction of the project. Look, with only 100-200 people voting anyone can be elected to anything in Fedora now. You just need candidates and a few voters. It couldn't be more easy than that to change the face of a governing body in Fedora.
