This issue should be fixed. It was a change in the way the permissions work in trac. Before it could grant viewing in the plugin, but now plugins can only deny, so the base TICKET_VIEW had to be added to the autheticated user. This is then denied in the privatetickets plugin for non owner/cc/etc of the ticket. I've fixed all projects using the privatetickets plugin. Please file a infrastructure ticket or let us know in #fedora-admin on freenode if anyone sees any issues or problems. kevin
