If approve ye could create a wikipage with stock request to refer
applicants to like

$foo I would like to request trademark approval yada yada

which the applicants would apply for in relevant groups track instance.

https://fedorahosted.org/design-team/
https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-qa/
https://fedorahosted.org/rel-eng/
https://fedorahosted.org/spin-kickstarts/ ?

then refer to those tickets in the ticket address to the board.
