More hair splitting?  Booting a DVD is really no different from booting
a CD.  Given that the main drive of this proposal is to have something
to hand out at shows, and we've already determined that USB devices are
too expensive, that would mean we'd be handing out spinning media, which
all boot the same way.

While it's true that USB boots differently than CD/DVD/DualLayer
DVD/Bluray/etc, that does not seem to be the main target of this iso set.

So when I say grub on a CD, that goes for grub on any modern day
rotating optical media.
