Mistakes have been made which have left a lot of scars in the past but that does not mean that they cant be healed in the future but all that depends on who are the individuals that got *chosen* ( not a good decision to start a community working group without the community actually have a say in who's in it ) to serve in FCWG and how willing they are to listen and how much actual power they have to make changes both within Red Hat and the community and of course that will need the community members to share their past and present experience and work in a positive constructive way to improve things with FCWG. If both party's are capable of doing that the healing process can begin and the result will be in much healthier community...
