As a member of FAmSCo i want to add my pov - besides all the work we have done in the past and what we learned from it, i admit we must always work to improve, especially with liasonship between the groups. Steering-Commitee-work - besides all the possibilities to serve and enable contributors - also means doing the work that sometimes is "boring" or brings no fame or when we fail even mockery. Sometimes we have to make uncomfortable decissions and we will ever make it wrong for someone ;) - and we are so much limited by our human condition. Looking back and evaluate the work that has be done in the past is the first step of continual improvement - in FAmSCo we try at least to reflect our achievements with our monthly Reports.
